How should I prepare myself for a gong bath?
Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins that may be released during the experience and to enhance your body’s ability to absorb the sound waves. Come with a clear intention for the session, whether it be to heal from a specific trauma, release a feeling, or simply relax and de-stress. Avoiding coffee and alcohol on the day of the gong bath and to not consume large meals before the session, allowing at least 2 hours for digestion.
Arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and find a suitable spot to lie down or sit.
